What Is the Residency?

At Enso Healing Therapy, we offer a unique Clinical Therapeutic Residency program specifically designed for newly graduated therapists who are on the path to earning their independent licensure. Just like medical doctors complete a residency before becoming fully licensed, we mirror that model in the field of psychotherapy. Our program is a structured, supportive environment where you gain the hands-on experience and clinical hours you need to confidently step into your role as an independently licensed therapist.
