Dustin Salazar, LMHC
Mental Health Therapist
I’m Dustin Salazar, LMHC—a licensed mental health counselor with extensive experience providing trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to adolescents and adults. I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, substance use–related concerns, and complex relational stressors.
My clinical approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you strengthen emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process trauma and adverse life experiences; and Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) to support individuals and families impacted by substance use and high-conflict relational dynamics. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience.
With a strong emphasis on safety, empowerment, and skill-building, I’ll help you develop practical tools for managing intense emotions, strengthening relationships, and creating meaningful, sustainable change. I’m committed to providing ethical, culturally responsive care and creating a therapeutic space where you feel seen, supported, and capable of growth.
