Francesca Henry, LCSW

Mental Health Therapist
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hello, my name is Francesca. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. I earned my Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration from New Mexico Highlands University and have experience supporting individuals across school, medical, behavioral health, and community settings.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, substance use, and life transitions. My experience in schools, hospitals, behavioral health programs, and community-based services has given me a deep appreciation for the unique strengths and experiences each person brings to the therapeutic process.

In addition to my professional experience, I bring the perspective of a mother who has personally navigated the complexities of advocating for my own child through behavioral, educational, and systems-related challenges. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the emotional demands caregivers face and reinforced the importance of self-care, resilience, and effective advocacy.

I know firsthand how easy it can be for caregivers to pour themselves into supporting others while neglecting their own needs. This understanding fuels my passion for helping parents and caregivers find balance, strengthen their voices, and care for themselves while continuing to support those they love.

I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside individuals and families as they build on their strengths, develop new skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, self-compassion, and hope.

This reads very well for a therapist website bio. I’d probably make one additional pass to shorten it slightly for the website so visitors can scan it more easily while keeping this longer version for her full profile.
