Hello, I'm Francine Hernandez, and I'm honored to welcome you to Enso Healing Therapy. As the Clinical Director and Supervisor, I'm here to support our dedicated team of therapists as they work toward their independent licensure. With roles on the Mental Health Therapist Board and as a Board-Approved Supervisor for both Social Work and Counseling, I also advocate legislatively for our profession.
While I’m currently not taking new clients, I want you to know that our approach here is all about creating a non-judgmental space where you are seen as the expert of your own life. I believe in a holistic approach that embraces mind, body, and spirit. Whether it's individual, couples, teen, or family therapy, our work together will be about finding the best tools and techniques that resonate with you. From Psychodynamic theory and CBT to Family Systems and the healing power of music, we’ll co-create a path that fits your unique journey.
